The bidder should have experience in completing works of similar nature and complexity. The bidder should have completed at least three similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, in the last seven years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 100% of the estimated cost of the work. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one residential building having Stilt +5 storeys on EPC basis (design & build) which should be a part of Township for any State/Central Govt. (or) State/Central PSU. The bidder should have completed at least one project of costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for part A with GRIHA 5 Star Rating from GRIHA Council for any State/Central Govt. (or) State/Central PSU. The bidder must have experience of having executed Site Development works of at least 25.00 Acres individually or as part of a project. The bidder should also have Average annual financial turnover on construction work of at least 100% of the estimated cost put to tender for Part A during the immediate last three consecutive financial year ending 31st March, 2024. The bidder should also have Average Annual Profit after tax on construction work of at least Rs. 40 Crores during the immediate last three consecutive financial year ending 2023- 24.
