The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending on the initial stipulated last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature and value, with specific requirements including: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less. * Or, two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less. * Or, one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. In terms of documentation, the bidder needs to provide details of similar work experience certificates, which should be certified and enclosed with the tender documents. The details mentioned in the form should be as per completion certificates and not presumed. The conversion rate of foreign currency into INR shall be the daily representative exchange rate published by the IMF as on 7 days prior to the last date of submission of tender. The Net Worth of the company/firm as on the last day of the preceding Financial Year should be positive. For works executed in JV, the bidder should submit details including name of work and its location, name of clients, name of JV member, bidder's share percentage in JV, type of work, date and number of completion certificate, date of start and completion, final/approved value of contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and cost of work on completion. The values to be mentioned include the final/approved value of contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and cost of work on completion.
