The bidder's prior work experience is required to be submitted in the form of a work experience certificate. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The "similar works" refers to "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any no. of storeys". The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The value of executed works should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organisation. The bidder should have prior work experience of similar works during the last 7 years ending initial stipulated last date of submission of tenders. Additionally, the average annual audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have earned profit in at least one year in the available last three consecutive balance sheets.
