The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. For projects having an estimated cost above Rs. 1000 crore, the "similar works" shall mean "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys". The bidder needs to provide information on the name of work and its location, type of work, name of client, date and number of completion certificate, date of start and completion, final or approved value of contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and cost of work on completion, including cost of supplies free of cost or at fixed rate by the employer. The values and percentages of similar works completed to be mentioned include the final or approved value of contract (X), cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost (or at fixed cost) (Y), and cost of work on completion, including cost of supplies free of cost or at fixed rate by the employer (X+Y), along with the bidder's share percentage in JV, if applicable. The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder can use the work experience of its subsidiary company to the extent of its ownership in the subsidiary company. In case of a Company/firm formed after merger and/or acquisition of other companies/firms, past work experience and Financial parameters like turnover, profitability, net worth etc. of the merged/acquired companies/firms will be considered for qualification of such Company/firm. For foreign work experience, the bidder has to submit the completion/experience certificate issued by the owner duly signed & stamped and affidavit to the correctness of the completion/experience certificates. The contractor shall also get the completion/experience certificates attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the respective country. The bidder should also provide reference and page number of documentary proof for the details mentioned. If any detail is not mentioned in the work completion certificate, documentary proof of the details like drawings, LOA, BOQ, completion certificate/occupation certificate, copy of final bill, etc. should be submitted and uploaded on the tender website along with the completion certificate. For works executed in JV, the bidder should submit details including the name of work and its location, name of clients, name of JV member, bidder's share percentage in JV, type of work, date and number of completion certificate, date of start and completion, final or approved value of contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and cost of work on completion, including cost of supplies free of cost or at fixed rate by the employer (X+Y).
