The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned in terms of the estimated cost put to tender, with specific amounts and percentages provided for each criterion. The values like amount and percentage mentioned include the final/approved value of the contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and cost of work on completion. The bidder's share percentage in JV is also mentioned. Additionally, the Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should submit a completion/experience certificate issued by the owner, duly signed and stamped, and attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the respective country for foreign works. The conversion rate of currency into INR for foreign works shall be the daily representative exchange rate published by the IMF as on 7 days prior to the Last Date of Submission of tender.
