The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. The bidder needs to have prior work experience in "similar works", which shall mean Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys for projects having an estimated cost above Rs. 1000 crore. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The proportionate experience of a bidder in a joint venture (JV)/consortium shall be allowed to the extent of its share in the JV/consortium or work done by them, upon submission of valid proof of their share/work done. The values like amount and percentage mentioned include 'X' (final/approved value of contract excluding items supplied free of cost by the employer) and 'Y' (cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost or at fixed rates), and the total cost of work on completion (X+Y). The required prior work experience for the bidder is "Similar works" experience, which shall mean Annual Repair and Maintenance Works (Civil & Electrical) along with the supply of manpower for operations at any running Government Hospital of minimum 100 bedded capacity. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have earned profit in at least one year in the available last three consecutive balance sheets. The bidder should provide information about the name of the work, its location, type of work, name of the client, date and number of completion certificate, date of start and completion, and final/approved value of the contract. The bidder should also provide details of similar works executed in JV (if any), including the name of the work, location, name of clients, name of JV members, bidder's share percentage in JV, type of work, date and number of completion certificate, date of start and completion, and final/approved value of the contract. The forms required to be submitted for prior work experience include Form-A for details of similar work experience certificates, Form-B for details of similar works executed in JV (if any), and Form-G for work experience certificates. The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also have a valid Civil trade license and Electrical License for execution of work, and other registrations like ESIC, EPFO, and GST. Note that the bidder may be allocated a maximum of 02 ESI ARM works at any given time, and if a bidder achieves L1 position for 02 ESI ARM Work contracts, their financial bid will not be opened in the remaining tenders.
