The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The "similar works" are defined as "Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any no. of storeys". The bidder's average annual audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In case of a company/firm formed after merger and/or acquisition of other companies/firms, past work experience will be considered for qualification, provided the company/firm continues to own the requisite assets and resources of the merged/acquired companies/firms. The bidder should submit details of similar work experience certificates in Form-A, and details of similar works executed as part of JV/Consortium in Form-B. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 4,50,52,630.70.
