The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the contract. For contracts above Rs.1,00,000/- and upto Rs.5.00 lakhs, no specific experience is mentioned. For contracts above Rs.25.00 lakhs and upto Rs.50.00 lakhs, one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering, or one B.E., (Civil) with 3 years experience plus two retired junior engineers, or equivalent degree holder with 3 years experience plus two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering/two retired junior engineers, or one retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering, or one retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus two retired Junior Engineers is required. For contracts above Rs.50.00 lakhs, in addition to the technical personnel proposed for values above Rs.25.00 lakhs, one more technical person with three years experience shall be employed.
