The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in single similar completed work of projects execution in Construction of civil works of costing not less than 80% of the estimated amount of the project. Alternatively, the bidder can have experience in two similar completed work of projects execution each in Construction of civil works of costing not less than 100% of the estimated amount in two contracts of each not less than 50% of the estimated amount of the project. Another option is experience in three similar completed work of projects execution each in Construction of civil works of costing not less than 120% of the estimated amount in three contracts of each not less than 40% of the estimated amount of the project. The bidder must have successfully erected, tested and commissioned construction of Civil works with the following prior work experience: - At least 80% quantity of similar nature in a single contract in the last 7 years, with the system in satisfactory operation for at least 1 year. - Alternatively, 100% of similar work in two contracts of not less than 50% each in the last 7 years, with the system in satisfactory operation for at least 1 year. - Alternatively, 120% of similar work in three contracts of not less than 40% each in the last 7 years, with the system in satisfactory operation for at least 1 year. The percentages of similar works completed are 80%, 50%, and 40% respectively, and the total quantity of similar work for the third alternative is 120%. The amount equal to 80% of the estimated amount of the project is also mentioned as a criterion. For a Joint Venture (JV), at least one partner should meet not less than 40% of the minimum criteria, and each of the other partners should meet not less than 25% of the criteria. The bidder's capacity should be equal to or more than the Estimated/NIT cost of work in question. Necessary certificates to this effect shall be attached with the bid, confirming that the system created must be in satisfactory operation for at least one year.
