Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar work during the last seven years. The bidder can meet this requirement by completing:
- Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost,
- Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost,
- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Completed work means either complete or completed to the extent of a minimum of 90% of the awarded amount of the work.
