The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar work during the last 7 years. The experience can be demonstrated by completing: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimate cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimate cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimate cost. The information on the value and percentage of similar works completed includes: - Cost of completion - Awarded amount - Completion amount - Percentage of completion of awarded components (to be indicated in percentage) For example, the bidder should provide the following information for each work: - Work Done Detail: - Sr. No. - Name of HP Govt. Division or State - Name of Work - Cost of completion - Remarks (including percentage of completion of awarded components) - Awarded amount - Completion amount - Penalty, if any, and amount paid thereafter The work shall be considered completed if more than 90% of the awarded amount has been executed. A certificate of completion of work, issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, should be submitted to demonstrate the experience.
