The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar works, specifically "Reinforcement cement concrete work" (RCC). The similar work should be of an amount not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the current work. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have experience of having completed similar work during the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. The quantity and amount of similar work should be verified from the Engineer-In-Charge, not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Completed work means either completed or completed to the extent of a minimum of 90% of the award amount, including unpaid amounts on account of paucity of funds. The bidder must also have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost in the last 3 financial years.
