The bidder is required to have prior work experience of executing similar nature of works, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have last three consecutive years average turnover certified by a chartered Accountant or its equivalent. The value of Civil Engineering works executed during the last seven years should be updated to the price level of the current/ financial year. A work done certificate regarding the similar works from the Engineer-in-Charge, not below the rank of Executive Engineer, is mandatorily required. The bidder should also have experience in executing works of a similar nature, with no specific percentage of similar works completed mentioned.
