The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the work. The experience requirements are as follows: - Up to Rs.2.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder (or) One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years of experience in similar works. - Above Rs.2.00 Crore up to Rs.10.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. - Above Rs.10.00 Crore up to Rs.50.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. - Above Rs.50.00 Crore up to Rs.100.00 Crore: Two B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and Four Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. - Above Rs.100.00 Crore up to Rs.200.00 Crore: Three B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and Six Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. - Above Rs.200.00 Crore: Four B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and Eight Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, a bonus of 1% on the value of actual quantum of works executed at tendered rate may be paid if the work is completed in advance by not less than 10% of the agreement period.
