The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - 3 Years of past experience required for same/similar service. - The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: - 40% past performance is required. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 40% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. Values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements include: - 40% for Past Performance. - 3 Years of past experience required. - Option clause: The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR. - OEM Authorization Certificate. - GEM Expert Certificate. - Manufacturer Authorization: Wherever Authorized Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, an Authorization Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details is required. - Compatible Extended Battery Module (EBM) and Extended Battery Cabinet (EBC) certifications. - Data sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid. - OEM Turnover Certificate for the last 6 months with return.
