The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 2 years. 2. Past Performance: 10% The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 Years (experience) - 10% (past performance) - 90% - the minimum guarantee for maintaining output peak watt capacity at the end of 10 years. - 80% - the minimum guarantee for maintaining output peak watt capacity at the end of 25 years. - 25% - the percentage by which the purchaser can increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - ISI Marked Connecting cables according to Inverter rating for each system. - Conformity to IS:694:2010 latest for electric cables. - Conformity to IS:60947 part I, II, and III for switches and circuit breakers. - Conformity to IS:2062:2011 latest for Structural Steel. - Approval from Government of India/State Government authority concerned for Net meter. - ISI mark for connecting cables.
