Dynamic purchasing system: software resale, support services and reseller services We invite applications to participate in the dynamic sourcing system for software reselling, support services, and reseller services.Hus aims to use the dynamic sourcing system to acquire the licenses for the equipment and other off-the-shelf software it needs, as well as related software vendors support and maintenance services ("software products"), to enter into the necessary agreements with resellers and, where applicable, software product principals. these can be licenses for traditional software products as well as licenses for online services. software products may already be in use at hus, in which case the need to purchase is due to, for example, changes to the license terms, usage volume, chassis or similar, extensions required by the sote upgrade, or maintenance required for an up-to-date version. in this case, internal competition in the dynamic purchasing system may be targeted at the designated software product. a choice can be made between different software products if possible. the subject of the acquisition is also the services of the reseller, such as the planning, consulting, customization, implementation, training, support and maintenance of the customization of the software. only some of the above services, such as the resale of software products or the services of a reseller alone, may be the subject of internal tendering. all eligible software resellers will be included in the dynamic purchasing system. software vendors will also be accepted if they sell their own software and meet the eligibility requirements.
