The required prior work experience for the bidder is 2 years. The bidder should have completed similar works with specific requirements, including: - Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily provided Cleaning and sanitation /housekeeping services for a contract of minimum 1,00,000 sq mtrs of area per contract period in a Government or Private Hospital having a bed capacity of not less than 500 beds. Alternative requirements also include: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Given the estimated bid value is 50,000,000, the amounts for similar works can be calculated as: - 50% of the estimated cost: 25,000,000 - 80% of the estimated cost: 40,000,000 - 40% of the estimated cost: 20,000,000 The bidder should have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning and sanitation, specifically in Government or Private Hospital having a bed capacity of not less than 500 beds or a minimum of 1,00,000 sq mtr of area.
