Technical Score (Tn): Calculated based on various parameters including license, fiber rollout, feasibility of sites, and capacity and capability. 6. Financial Score (Fn): Calculated using the formula Fn = (Commercial Bid of L1/Commercial Bid of the Bidder) X 100 %. 7. Overall Score (Bn): Calculated using the formula Bn = 0.70*Tn + 0.30*Fn. Other requirements include: - Bandwidth Capacity: 10GB bandwidth at the backend. - Support Centers: Capabilities to provide round-the-clock internet services/customer care. - Toll-free numbers: For fault registering with 365x24x7 support. - Redressal process: Well-defined management and technical escalation procedures.
