The bidder should have successfully executed three orders in any State Govt./Centre Govt./PSU or private sector in financial years FY (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). Out of 3 orders, at-least one order should be executed in the state of Haryana and other two orders from any other state of India except UT and J&K to provide dedicated internet connectivity on fiber/RF since 2024-25. The eligibility criteria for project experience include:
- Minimum 2 projects with 500Mbps each
- Minimum 5 projects of 200Mbps each
- 10 projects of 100Mbps each
- 20 projects of 50Mbps each
- One additional order of 1000Mbps or above must have been executed in any State of India. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder needs to attain a minimum of 60 marks (Technical Score referred to as TS) out of 100 marks in the technical evaluation to be declared as technically qualified. The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs. 30 Crore for the three financial years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25) as an Internet Service Provider of similar services during the last 3 years.
