The Ground Floor Contains A Bar/café. The Proposed Works Comprise: - • Remodelling And Refurbishment Of The Existing Shop Front • Overhauling (or Replacement) Of Existing Windows • Render Replacement • Leadwork Repairs • Recovering Flat Roof Of The Bay Window And Shop Front Cornice • Replacement Rainwater Goods The Building Will Remain Open And Occupied Throughout The Period Of The Works.
