Hampshire & Isle Of Wight Constabulary Are Wishing To Engage With The Market To Determine If There Is Currently A Vehicle Suitable To Meet The Needs Of Their Protest Removal Team, Or A Vehicle That Could Be Converted To Meet Their Needs. The Team Are Required To Travel Throughout The Country To Safely Remove Protestors From A Variety Of Environments And Situations If They Are Committing Offences. The Team Currently Use A Sprinter Van, And Tow A Trailer. This Approach Is No Longer Fit For Purpose. The Team Seek To Understand Other Approaches To Meet Their Needs. The Team Carry A Large Amount Of Equipment. This Is Currently Stored In The Sprinter Van And The Trailer On Racking Systems. The Team Would Like To Hear From Any Organisation That Would Have The Capabilities And Capacity To Support Their Requirements.
