The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in O & M works within the last seven financial years, from 2017-2018 to 2023-2024, and up to one month prior to the last date of submission of the bid. The experience should be in works executed in Government (State/Central), Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking/Organisations of state & central government. The bidder should have entered into a contract agreement for the O & M works, and experience as a sub-contractor is not considered. The bidder shall have successfully completed operation and maintenance for minimum 1 year for any water supply system or part of its civil or electromechanical components. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, no specific percentage is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of experience of completed work of similar nature, including the name of the project, agreement number and date, country and location, client's name and address, cost of O&M work, brief description of the work, period of completion, and name of the applicant's engineer-in-charge. The estimated cost of Part C should not be more than 30% of the total estimated cost. The bidder must have achieved minimum annual financial turnover from contract receipt of works in all classes of civil engineering construction works or O&M services only, with two scenarios: - Scenario 1: Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 4.00 Crores in any three financial years out of the last seven financial years. - Scenario 2: Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 10.00 Crores in any three financial years out of the last seven financial years. Note that the turnover of previous years shall be given additional weightage of ten percent per year to bring them to the current price level to account for price escalation.
