The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having experience in similar works, with specific values and percentages of similar works completed. For works valued at Rs. 50,00,00,000/- or more, the bidder should have completed similar works valued at 2% of the estimated cost. For works valued between Rs. 10,00,00,000/- to Rs. 50,00,00,000/-, the bidder should have completed similar works valued at 3% of the estimated cost. For works valued at Rs. 5,00,00,000/- or less, the bidder should have completed similar works valued at 5% of the estimated cost. Additionally, for works worth Rs. 5 lakhs and above, the bidder should have experience of executing works of similar nature with a value of at least 5% of the estimated cost of the work, and for works worth less than Rs. 5 lakhs, the bidder should have experience of executing works of similar nature with a value of at least 3% of the estimated cost of the work. A relaxation of 10% in the prior work experience is allowed for micro, small, and medium enterprises. The bidder should have completed at least three similar works, each of a value of not less than the amount of the tender, or two similar works, each of a value of not less than the amount of the tender, or one similar work of a value of not less than twice the amount of the tender. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of the amount mentioned in the tender and should have completed at least 80% of the contract value in the last three financial years. The bidder should also have a financial turnover of at least the estimated cost of the work, and their working capital should be at least 10% of the estimated cost.
