The bidder must have supplied, tested, and commissioned Digital/Automatic Water Level Recorder stations to the extent of at least 284 stations in any two years combined during the last 5 years. They should also have experience in supplying specific equipment, including DWLR water level sensors and data loggers with GSM/GPRS modems, with quantities of 284 units each. The bidder should have been in continuous business of supplying and/or after-sale services of Digital Water Level Recorder for Groundwater during the last 3 years prior to the date of bid submission. Additionally, they should furnish details of experience and past performance on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past 7 years. However, the bidder's minimum required annual turnover should be INR 630.00 Lakhs or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in any two of the last five years.
