The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully carried out large works of a similar nature, with adequate organization and experienced personnel to handle the type and magnitude of work. The bidder should have executed or completed similar works during the last seven years. The specific requirements for similar works completed include: - One order of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Two orders, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - Three orders, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. Similar work is defined as "Work of Civil construction/ Building work / Renovation of Building work / Civil maintenance works". The bidder is also required to submit work experience certificates, past order copies, and work completion certificates, as well as details of their average annual financial turnover for the last three years. Experience as a joint venture or sub-contractor is not allowed.
