The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in supply and erection work, transmission line erection, and financial capability. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in Annexure - 2, including information about the name of the transmission line, order reference number and date, order value, length of the line, date of completion, and status of the order. They must also submit a list of performance certificates for similar works completed, as per Annexure - 3. The bidder's experience in transmission line erection is also a key factor, with the bidder required to provide details of their registration with GETCO for transmission line erection. Additionally, the bidder must submit information on their relevant past experience, including the number of feasibility reports or project reports completed for transmission systems. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder is required to have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) for the last five years, as specified in Schedule - 03. The price of the biggest job carried out by the bidder is also to be mentioned. The bidder is required to submit a bid that is 100% complete, with no extra payment to be made for any work done. A solvency certificate from a bank, with a value of up to 20% of the bid value, is also required.
