The Guinayangan Water District, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Will Undertake A Negotiated Procurement (small Value Procurement) For The Supply And Delivery Of Service Motorcycles In Accordance With Section 53.9 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. 2. The Guinayangan Wd Now Invites Eligible Suppliers To Submit Quotations For The Supply And Delivery Of Service Motorcycles With Details As Follows: Item No. Qty. Unit Description 1 2 Units Brand New Service Motorcycles With Minimum Specifications As Follows: Frame: Backbone Engine: 4-stroke Engine, Single Overhead Camshaft (sohc) Displacement (cc): Not Less Than 149cc To Not More Than 200cc Fuel Capacity: Minimum Of 10 Liters Capacity Front Suspension: Telescopic Fork Starting System: Kick/electric Starter Transmission Type: Manual, At Least 4-speed Constant Red Plate (government Use) - Nothing Follows- 3. Thru The Gwd 2024 Corporate Budget – Capital Expenditures, The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (p 170,000.00). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. 4. A Complete Set Of Quotation Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Proponents On March 20, 2024, 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm Until April 15, 2024 From The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) – Guinayangan, Quezon Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Hundred Pesos (p 500.00). Moreover, Eligibility And Rfq Documents To Be Submitted Are: (i) Photocopy Of Proponent’s Dti Or Sec Registration Certificate, As The Case Maybe; (ii) Mayor’s Permit; (iii) Certified Copy Of Bidder’s Latest Audited Financial Statement And Income/business Tax Returns (iv) Philgeps Registration Number In Accordance With Section 8.5.1 And Annex H Of 2016 Revised Rirr (v) Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement In Accordance With Section 25.3 Of The 2016 Revised Rirr (vi) Completely Filed-up Request For Quotation In The Prescribed Form 5. Submission Of Eligibility And Quotation Documents Is On Or Before April 15, 2024 At 2:00 Pm While Opening Of Said Documents Will Follow Thereafter At The Gwd Bod Conference Room. Late Submission Shall Not Be Accepted. 6. The Forms, Which Are Part Of The Quotation Documents, Shall Be The Same Forms To Be Submitted By The Proponents For Their Compliance With The Schedule Of Requirements, Technical Specifications, And Financial Proposal. Non-compliance Therewith Shall Be Aground For Disqualification. The “no Contact Rule” Shall Apply.
