Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The required experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender. Additionally, for certain categories of bidders, there are relaxations in work experience. For Category 1 (Works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & upto Rs.15.00 Lacs), if the company is owned by a Diploma engineer, a relaxation of 1 year in experience will be given. If the company is owned by a Graduate engineer, a relaxation of 2 years in experience will be given.
