The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender. Additionally, for cost of BM/BC work above Rs. 1.0 crore, the bidder needs to own a Hot mix plant, and for cost of BM/BC work one crore or below Rs. 1.0 crore, the bidder needs to have an agreement with the owner of the plant for purchase of BM/BC. The bidder should also submit details of similar works executed in the past, including the name of the work, total value of the work, date of start and completion, and whether any compensation was levied for delay, in the specified format, Appendix 'A'.
