Services concession: public service delegation for the distribution and production of drinking water for the communes of achères and carriã¨res-sous-poissy The local authority entrusts to the delegatee, for a period of six years from 1.1.2022, the exclusive care of ensuring at its own risk the management of the public service of distribution and production of drinking water and its installations in the geographical area made up of the following municipalities: â € purchases, â € carriã¨res-sous-poissy (from 2.3.2022 only) this scope includes approximately 95 km of networks, 3 boreholes in operation, 1 drinking water production station, 1 structure storage, 2 recovery stations, 6,055 subscribers, 2,130,000 m 3 billed. the consultation includes renewal works and two concessional investments relating to the financing, realization and commissioning of: â € remote reading of all of the service~s meters, â € the treatment of atrazine at the acher production site.
