Celestino Gallares Multi-specialty Medical Center (gcgmsmc), Through The Health Facilities Enhancement Program 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-five Million Three Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php35,355,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Cb-2024-10-0003. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.
