The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital And Schistosomiasis Center, Through Its’ Hospital Income 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Eight Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php4,825,000.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract Supply And Delivery Of Medical Grade Gases Under Ib No. 2024-12 Bac A. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital And Schistosomiasis Center Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Po (350 Tanks Initial Delivery) And The Remaining Quantity Shall Be Delivered Upon Request Of The End-user. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
