Description Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital And Schistosomiasis Center One (1) Lot For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Laboratory, Medical, Ophthalmologic And Dental Test Packages, Mobility Aid Equipment, Medical Devices And Supplies, Medicines And Other Pharmaceutical Products, With On-site Provision Of Various Equipment And Instruments, Needed For The Gbtrghsc On Wheels, Inclusive Of Complete Hardware And Software System Packages, And Other Incidental Machineries And Furniture, Under A Single-year Framework Agreement Ib No. 2024-14 1. The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital And Schistosomiasis Center, Through The Income 2024-2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Five Million One Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-two Pesos And 50/100 (php105,184,792.50) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Governor Benjamin T. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen To Thirty (15-30) Calendar Days After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Pe. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
