Transportation Maintenance Branch Provides, Contracts For, And Coordinates The Delivery Of A Variety Of Highways Maintenance Programs, Including The Supply Of Septic Pump Outs At Various Locations.   The Current Septic Eduction Program Consists Of Providing Eduction Services At Approximately 95 Locations Throughout The Territory. The Locations Include Outhouses At Highway Rest Stops, Territorial Parks, And Septic Tanks At Highways Maintenance Camps. There Are Approximately 170 Individual Facilities (outhouses, Septic Tanks) At The 95 Locations That Are Serviced. The Program Runs From April To Mid October With Some Of The Facilities Receiving Two Or More Services Per Year. The Objective Of The Program Is To Ensure That The Outhouses, And Septic Tanks Throughout The Yukon Are Kept In Good Useable Condition For The Various User Groups And That The Waste Is Disposed Of As Per Regulations The Intent Of This Rfi Is To Gauge Market Interest In Providing These Septic Pump-out Services As Well As Determine If There May Be Contracting Structures More Appealing To The Market Than Those That Have Been Traditionally Employed.  Communities: Yukon Wide Traditional Territories:  Carcross/tagish First Nation Champagne And Aishihik First Nations First Nation Of Na-cho Nyäk Dun Kluane First Nation Kwanlin Dün First Nation Liard First Nation Little Salmon/carmacks First Nation Ross River Dena Council Selkirk First Nation Ta’an Kwäch’än Council Teslin Tlingit Council Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation White River First Nation
