All Other Information Remains The Same *** Scope Contract To Supply Delineator Posts And Bases Delivery Date Vendor Agrees To Deliver The Total Ordered Quantity Of Delineator Posts And Bases On Or Before April 25, 2024, To The Shipping Address Detailed Above. Requirements Bids Must Include Pricing For Delivery To The Shipping Address Above. Award Criteria This Contract Will Be Awarded To The Lowest Compliant Bid. Specifications Item #1 - Delineator Posts 1 - The Delineator Posts Shall Be Made Of Low-density Polyethylene. 2 - The Delineator Post Shall Be Fluorescent Orange In Color And Have A Minimum Height Of 1000 Mm (not Including The Handle) And A Minimum Diameter Of 100 Mm. The Bottom Shall Have A Flange 110 Mm To 120 Mm In Diameter To Secure The Base. 3 - The Delineator Posts Shall Have Two 100 Mm Wide Silver Reflective Stripes. The Stripes Shall Be Level 1, Class 1 Retroreflective Sheeting (commonly Known As High Intensity Retro-reflective). The Stripes Must Be 50 Mm Down From The Top (not Including The Handle) And Have A Minimum Of 50 To 150 Mm Separating Them. 4 - The Top Of The Delineator Posts Shall Incorporate A Handle For Ease Of Placement. 5 - The Delineator Posts Shall Meet The Requirements Of Nchrp-350 Category 1. Note: The Delineator Post Shall Be Shipped With 100 Posts Per Pallet. Order's With More Or Less Than 100 Per Pallet Will Be Returned. Item #2 - Delineator Post Bases (6.8 Kilograms +/- 0.5 Kilograms) 1 - The Delineator Post Bases Shall Be Made Of Recycled Rubber. 2 - The Delineator Post Bases Shall Be Octagonal In Shape And Have A Maximum Diameter Of 457 Mm. 3 - The Delineator Post Bases Shall Have A Hole To Secure A 100 Mm Wide Delineator Post. Note: The Delineator Post Bases Shall Be Shipped With 100 Bases Per Pallet. Order's With More Or Less Than 100 Per Pallet Will Be Returned.
