Title: Supply Of The Multipurpose Research Vessel (mrv) description: The Multipurpose Research Vessel (mrv) Will Primarily Support Monitoring And Research Activities, Which Involves The Collection Of Data Of Relevance For Biological, Physical-chemical, Oceanographic And Hydrographic Conditions In The Coastal Areas Of Montenegro. Secondary Function Of The Mrv Will Include: • Search And Rescue Activities (sar); • Man Overboard Recovery (mob); • Pollution Response At Open Sea; • Recovery And Towage Of Vessels To The Places Of Refuge. The Mrv Will Have Total Length Of 25.5 Meters, Displacement Of 110 Tons, With Steel Construction And Aluminum Superstructure And Wheelhouse. The Vessel Will Belong To Category 3 According To Navigation Categories Of Seagoing Ships, Which Include Short Coastal Service. The Mrv Will Be Certified To Carry 16 Persons On One-day Service, And 10 Persons On A Longer Service Period. Also, It Will Need To Have Space For Technical Functioning Of The Vessel, That Will Include Dedicated Space For Undertaking Monitoring And Research Activities And Storage Of Related Equipment. Maximum Speed The Vessel Must Be Capable Of Is At Least 16 Knots In A Sea State 1, And Service Speed Of 12 Knots. All Of Ship’s Internal Combustion Engines Must Use Diesel Fuel.
