The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For the first call of NIT: i) A similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. ii) 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. iii) One single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. - For the 2nd call of NIT: i) A similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. ii) 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. iii) One single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. - For the 3rd call of NIT: i) A similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. ii) One single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated amount for the first call of NIT - 30% of the estimated amount for the first call of NIT (for two similar works) - 30% of the estimated amount for the 2nd call of NIT - 25% of the estimated amount for the 2nd call of NIT (for two similar works) - 20% of the estimated amount for the 3rd call of NIT - 80% completion for one single running work for the first call of NIT - 75% completion for one single running work for the 2nd call of NIT - 70% completion for one single running work for the 3rd call of NIT The bidder should have completed similar works, and the credential certificate issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent or competent authority should indicate the value of the work. The completion certificate should mention the date of completion and the value of the work (equal to booked expenditure). The bidder must have in their full-time engagement experienced technical personnel, with a minimum of one Civil Engineering Degree holder and one Civil Engineering Diploma holder.
