The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the category of work. For all categories, the bidder should have at least four years of experience. For works more than 5.00 Lacs & up to 15.00 Lacs, the bidder should have completed two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. For works more than 15.00 Lacs & up to 100.00 Lacs, the bidder should have completed two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. For works more than 100.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs, the bidder should have completed two jobs of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. For works more than 500.00 Lacs, the bidder should have completed one job of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. The bidder should have undertaken at least one similar work out of the specified categories, such as Science related gallery, Indoor Hands-on Models, Dinosaurs Models, etc. Technical Eligibility requires the bidder to have undertaken at least one similar work over the past 5 years preceding. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last four years, with details of these works, including the total number of certificates attached, name of work, amount of work done, and actual or proposed date of completion. No specific amount is mentioned for the value of similar works completed, except that all working contractors are eligible for a relaxation of 20% in the value of turnover and liquid assets required in the particular tender. The bidder is required to have prior work experience of satisfactorily completing works during the last Five financial years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector undertaking and public and private limited companies. In case of Pvt. Ltd. Co., self-issued Experience certificate issued by Chairman or Authorized Director supported with attested Audited balance sheet and completion certificate issued by competent Authority shall be required.
