The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years in providing similar type of services. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 31500000. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed or executed Institutional mess services contracts. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years should be 300 Lakh. To fulfill the experience criteria, any one of the following documents may be considered as valid proof: a contract copy along with invoices, an execution certificate by the client, or any other document supporting contract execution.
