At Least Knowledgeable In Performing Minor Repairs Like Door Knob, Lavatory Faucet, Cr Flush Replacement, And Similar. Ii. Personnel Strength A. In The Performance Of The Foregoing Maintenance And Sanitation Work, The Contractor Shall Furnish The Dar- Pangasinan Two (2) Regular Utility Workers Who Will Report From Monday To Saturday And One (1) Aide Who Will Report For Three (3) Days A Week To Supplement The 2 Regular Utility Workers, All Of Whom Should Be Healthy, Reliable, Professionally Trained And Carefully Selected. Police/health Clearance Should Be Submitted To The General Services Section. B. Equipment And Materials To Be Used 1. Adequate Supply Of Materials To Be Used In The Maintenance, Janitorial And Sanitation Services Shall Be Provided By The Janitorial Agency. 2. Specialized Equipment Shall Be Provided By The Janitorial Agency Iii. Consideration A. The Dar-pang Shall Pay The Contractor Monthly Through Disbursement Vouchers, The Amount Of Which Is Inclusive Of Vat And Withholding Tax. B. Compliance To The Dbm Circular Letter No. 2013-16 Re: Implementation Of The Expanded Modified Direct Payment Scheme (exmdps-annex C).
