Contract notice: Fraunhofer iwes - load introduction rails and anchor points for rotor blade test bench A new test stand is being built at Fraunhofer IWES in Bremerhaven, on which rotor blades for wind turbines with a length of more than 100 m are mechanically tested. For the new rotor blade test bench to be built, clamping devices are required in the foundations. These are implemented in 2 ways. On the one hand, floor anchors are provided on an area of ??19 x 17 m for the construction of a heavy-duty tensioning field, with which the later tensioning wall is anchored. The rotor blade is attached to this clamping wall with the flange. In the area in front of the heavy load clamping field, a T-slot clamping field is also provided over a length of about 110 m in order to be able to introduce loads into the test body. The subject of this tender are the anchor points and T-slot rails installed in the clamping fields, the design of the components, the manufacture and installation of these in the foundations that are still being built.
