Purpose This Invitation To Tender Is Being Issued By The Health Organization For The Replacement Of Sections Of The Acute Main And Southeast Roof Which Were Installed In The Mid-1990s To Early 2000.  The Membrane Of Roof Sections 1.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.7 Have Deteriorated And Blistered. They Are Mod Bit Roofs And Are Operating Past Their Useful Life. These Sections Of The Roof Are Rated Risk Rating 2 With A Potential Risk Of Failure (1-3 Years).
