Die Geplanten Arbeiten Erstrecken Sich Über Teile Der Kellerfahrstraße In Den Gebäuden 200, 203, 204, 205 Und 208 Sowie Auf Angrenzende Technikräume, Kühl Und Lagerräume, Werkstätten Und Sanitärbereiche. Die Kellerfahrstraße Dient Im Laufenden Betrieb Als Zentrale Trasse Für Die Leitungsführung Technischer Gebäudeinstallationen (z.?b. Kabel, Kälte, Wärme, Trinkwasser), Wodurch In Weiten Bereichen Eine Hohe Installationsdichte Und Entsprechend Erhöhte Brandlasten Bestehen. Die Bauausführung Erfolgt Unter Laufendem Betrieb Und Stellt Aufgrund Der Beengten Räumlichen Verhältnisse Und Der Vielzahl An Tga-leitungen Hohe Anforderungen An Planung, Koordination Und Ausführung. The building is detached and has three full floors, a partial basement and additional technical roof centers. The technical systems for sanitary, heating/cooling, air conditioning and fire-fighting water are being completely renovated throughout the building. Dismantling work had already taken place beforehand to dismantle most of the systems. The rainwater, wastewater and drinking water pipes as well as the sanitary facilities will be completely renovated and expanded to include the additional consumers.
