Restricted invitation to tender with public participation competition Vob/a Vt 0626-24bp - Wayfinding systems and orientation media B-002681, adaptation of the orientation system in the north to Ibn T3 as part of the reconstruction of Terminal 3 with piers G, H, J at Frankfurt Airport, extensive infrastructural measures are required in the surrounding area. A key task is the connection of the passenger flows between Terminals 1 and 2 in the north and the new Terminal 3 in the south. Since Terminal 3 Ghj is not currently integrated into the existing orientation media within and around Terminals 1 and 2, comprehensive adjustments and additions to the existing directional signage and orientation systems are required for passenger guidance. The existing orientation elements are to be adapted, converted and/or supplemented at a total of around 770 locations. - Around 420 elements as new construction and installation of transparent light boxes, with electric lighting, predominantly in standardized sizes, with foil-printed Plexiglas panels for the contents and rear walls of various designs. - Around 40 suspension structures made by a metalworker for monitor-supported dynamic signposts. (Monitor terminals are not part of this list of services). - Around 100 lift panels as glass supports with foil inserts. - Around 40 metal cassette signs. - Approx. 40 large-format foils on glass carrier plates. - Approx. 55 small-format foils. - Approx. 75 replacements of labeling panels on existing transparent boxes. - Approx. 15 information signs made of aluminum, various sizes with reflective film covering for outdoor use. - Approx. 500 dismantling, removal and disposal of transparent light boxes, complete including hanging structure, labeling panels and electrical components, in various dimensions. Scope of execution: All public and non-public areas in the entire areas of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, levels U1 to 4. To a lesser extent in adjacent outdoor areas and the parking garages. Execution options: 7 days/week, 80% night work, 20% day work. Installation period: September 2025 - February 2026. Completion of the entire work by February 2026.

More BP-2025-0004-de Metal construction and metal work, B-002869 Bpol return process The building is a three-story office building (building 700) in the security area of Fraport AG, but not on the apron. The building is currently not in use and has been vacated for some time. Parts of the building have a basement, and parts are elevated above the outdoor facilities. Building services systems and expert inspections for the purposes of maintenance and upkeep of the building are ongoing. As part of an extensive renovation of the interior and exterior areas and by adding additional uses/buildings, building 700 is to be rented out to the Federal Police for the long term for repatriation processes and thus revitalized. As part of the metal construction and metalwork, 2 sectional doors, 5 steel exterior doors and 16 steel interior doors are to be installed. In addition, several steel platforms and ramps with railings up to approx. 800mm high and a total of approx. 100m² will be built, as well as 2 steel stairs up to 800mm high. The existing steel stair towers (4) and the access walkways to them are to be enclosed with a steel structure (approx. 105m² total) and equipped with 2 doors each. There are maintenance balconies made of galvanized steel around the building, which need to be upgraded. This requires cutting angles and adding flat steel profiles (approx. 910m of maintenance balconies). The base area of the elevated building is to be covered with a grid (~350m²). In addition, steel substructures are required on the roof area (h=~12m) for 22 heat pumps and a substructure for a ventilation unit on a roof area of approx. 5m high. Steel sheet parapet cladding stored on the construction site (~1,140m) must be reassembled and screwed in place to prevent vandalism.
