The Fourth Estate Elementary School, Through The Approved General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-eight Pesos (php 215,748.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Above Contract. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid: Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), Inclusive Of Taxes (in Php): Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-eight Pesos (php 215,748.00) Fund Source: Gaa Of 2024 Delivery Period: Within 5 Cd After The Effectivity Of Ntp General Conditions: 2. All Quotations Must Be Computerized. 3. Upon Submission Of A Duly Signed Request For Quotation, The Following Documents Shall Be Attached: A. Copy Of Philgeps Registration Certificate B. Copy Of Bir Certificate Of Registration C. Copy Of Mayor's/business Permit D. Copy Of Income/ Business Tax Return E. Omnibus Sworn Statement 4.
