The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (ndma) Hereby Invites Suppliers To Participate In A Market Survey For Laid Up, Inspection, And Maintenance Of Target Vessels Owned By The Ndma, But Which Can Be Used By All Of The Defence Sector. The Target Vessels Are Four Previous Marine Vessels That Are Used For Target Practice. The Ndma Is Considering To Outsource The Assignment To A Civil Supplier By Having The Vessels Lying Laid Up, Carrying Out Proper Inspections, And Some Limited Maintenance In The Laid Up Period. The Market Survey Is Being Held In Order To Give The Contracting Authority Detailed Market Information On Possible Suppliers, Technical Services, Availability, And Price. The Obtained Information Will Be Used To Assess The Project's Feasibility And In Order To Determine Technical And Commercial Requirements For A Procurement.
