The Contracting Authority Would Like To Receive Feedback From Tenderers On Whether The Described Service (see The Attachments) Can Be Offered, And If So, In What Formats And Scope It Is Available. Specific Questions Are Also Raised In The Attachments.  About The Rfi Process: This Rfi Process Is Not To Be Seen As Part Of The Potential Impending Procurement Process And Neither Is It Directly Regulated In The Procurement Legislation. Final Decisions And Choices Regarding The Procurement And The Procurement Process Have Not Been Made At The Present Time. A Response To This Rfi Is Not Binding For Either The Tenderer Or The Armed Forces In Relation To Any Later Procurement. This Rfi Will Not Shorten Deadlines For Subsequent Announcements. Participation In Any Later Contest Is Not Dependent On Responding To This Rfi. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Change The Tender Documentation Based On Comments Or Feedback Received In This Hearing Round. New Requirements Can Also Be Added Without Being Raised Through This Process. The Public Procurement Act And The Public Administration Act Have Provisions That Ensure Tenderers A Good Protection Of Trade Secrets That Are Shared With The Norwegian Armed Forces In This Rfi..
