Amendment One: Includes Site Visit Contact Phone Number Correction & Proposal Time Extension solicitation And Project Documents are Attached estimated Start Work Date Is 07/15/2021 this Requirement Is Replacement/upgrade Of The Existing, Dilapidated, Leaking Water System And Overhead Power Lines That Services Both The Residential And Industrial Portions Of The Usfs Rosedale Compound. The Contract Will Trench And Replace The Existing Water Systems, Bringing It Up To Current State Codes, Installing The Required Fire Hydrants And Shut-off Valves To Supply Consistent, Pressurized Water. All Overhead Power Lines And/or Direct Buried Power Lines Will Be Replaced With Underground Power Lines In Conduit, Eliminating The Faults That Occur In The Compound Annually.  This Contract Will Only Place New Electrical Conduit And Transformer Deep Well Pads, All Other Forms Of Electrical Work Will Be Completed By Others Outside Of This Contract. work For This Project Consists Of: provide And Install Approximately 3,200 Lineal Feet Of New 6”, 4” And 2” Waterline And Related Valves And Fittings And Connection To Existing Service Connections provide And Install A New Truck Fill Water Station provide And Install New Yard Hydrants provide And Install Approximately 1,305 Lineal Feet Of New 3” Pvc Conduit install Approximately 4,225 Lineal Feet Of 3” Pvc Conduit Provided By Others; And Other Related Items To Complete The Above Work. this Project Is Located At The Rosedale Compound, Approximately 1.5 Miles South Of Crescent, Oregon And 16 Mile North Of Chemult, Oregon.  The Site Is Accessed From Us Highway 97. site Address: 134301 U.s.
