There Is Approximately 4,444 Square Feet Of Floor Space In The Main District Office Building, Including Two (2) Restrooms, And A Main Entrance Way, All Of Which Are Part Of This Contract. The Warehouse, Also Known As The Ranch Room, Consists Of One Building With Approximately 690 Square Feet Of Space And Is Located Behind The Front Office. The Warehouse Contains One Restroom And An Entrance Way, All Of Which Are Part Of This Contract.
